Raised in Lagos, he attended St. Michael’s Primary School in Ojo Town and later enrolled at Mar-Yola College in Ojo, where he studied from 1993 to 1999. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Lagos State University, furthering his education alongside his acting career.

John Paul’s passion for acting ignited in 1993, when he performed in a stage drama at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Lagos. By 1998, he joined Nollywood, launching a professional career that has seen him play roles in over 65 films.
