Chinedu Azodoh was born on June 13, 1987, in Festac Town, Lagos State, Nigeria. He hails from Orlu Local Government Area in Imo State, and his family has deep roots in both Orlu and Nnewi. Raised in a household that emphasized education, leadership, and service, Chinedu showed a passion for solving real-world problems from an early age.
His academic excellence and leadership potential earned him a place at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he completed a double Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. During his undergraduate studies, Chinedu received the highly competitive Lila Self Leadership Academy Scholarship, a $200,000 award granted to only a handful of exceptional students annually.
He later proceeded to the prestigious Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he earned a Master’s degree in Finance, combining his engineering background with world-class financial and strategic knowledge.

Chinedu Azodoh is the Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer (CGO) of MAX.NG, one of Africa’s foremost mobility and transportation technology companies. MAX (Metro Africa Xpress) is building the critical infrastructure for last-mile mobility and financial services across Africa, enabling thousands of motorbike riders, tricycle operators, and delivery agents to access financing, fleet management, and digital logistics.
