Chuku Wachuku (born Chukumere “Anaba Ndubuisi” Wachuku, 1947) is a royal prince of Ngwaland in Nigeria. He is a descendant of King Josaiah Ndubuisi Wachuku, the paramount chief (Onye Isi) and Eze of Ngwaland in the then Aba Division of Eastern Nigeria. Wachukuโs heritage ties him to a legacy of leadership, community service, and cultural preservation. He is the nephew of Jaja Wachuku, Nigeria’s first Speaker of the House of Representatives, first Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, and first Minister for Foreign Affairs and Commonwealth Relations.

He is married to Mrs. Ngozi Wachuku (nรฉe Abengowe), with whom he has four sons: Onyema, Anaba, Ikechukwu, and Kelechi Wachuku. His second son, Onyema Wachuku, served as the Commissioner for Small and Medium Enterprises Development in Abia State from 2019 to 2021, making him the youngest commissioner in the stateโs history.
Wachuku was previously married to Gayle Elaine McMillian, with whom he has two children: his first son, Chukumere Wachuku Jr., and his daughter, Tuwuoanidiari Elaine Onyinyechi Wachuku.
