That priest, who would later become the renowned educationist Very Reverend Father Professor Anthony Basil Chiegboka, blessed the union of two lovebirds from Umueze Village, Isuofia: Charles Chukwuma Soludo and Frances Nonye Ezenwanne. The ceremony took place at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church, Isuofia, on a sunny morning that has since become a cherished memory.
