Emmanuel Somto was born on February 5, 1997, in Kano State, Nigeria, as the only child of the Mbah family. He hails from Eziama, a town in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State. His early years were shaped by a blend of urban and rural experiences—spending time in the bustling environment of Kano and the serene community of Eziama.

Due to periods of civil unrest and violence in Kano, Emmanuel relocated to the East, where he was raised by his grandmother. He began his primary education in Kano and completed it in Imo State. In 2013, he obtained his West African Examination Council (WAEC) certificate from Eziama Ikeduru Commercial Secondary School.
