Lady Franca Ngozi Okonkwo (nรฉe Ikebuilo) was born in November in Ichi, a prominent town in Ekwusigo Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria. She is the beloved daughter of Chief Maduka Ikebuilo and Lady Veronica Ikebuilo, a highly respected family noted for their strong cultural values and community leadership.
