Nyekachi Esther Douglas was born on May 28, 1998, in Florida, USA, and is originally from Ibaa, Emohua Local Government Area, Rivers State, Nigeria. She grew up in Tampa, Florida, where she completed her primary and secondary education.

Early Life and Education

Nyekachi later attended Bereton Montessori and Charles Dale Memorial International School in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, strengthening her ties to her Nigerian roots. Driven by a passion for health and community service, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health at the University of South Florida, graduating in 2022, and subsequently earned an honours degree in Public Health from the University of East London in 2025.

From a young age, Nyekachi showed interest in modeling and fashion, participating in various local and international fashion events, including New York Fashion Week in 2017 and Arise Fashion Week in Lagos, which laid the foundation for her later success in pageantry and modeling.
